We visited Ocala Wetland Recharge Park in September 2025. The 2.5-mile paved paths are easy to navigate. No entry fee and bathrooms on site. We arrived early morning and some of the areas were closed off. Regardless, we enjoyed this oasis in the city before heading out to explore other parks. As wildlife photography hobbyists, we liked the ease of paths and enjoyed the sightings in the city.

Tom and I spent the morning enjoying this interesting park. We walked a lot of the 2 1/2 miles of paved walking trails and board walks. We stopped at a few of the look-outs, we read interesting information posted in various areas through out the park. My favorite part of the adventure was totally enjoying the photo ops. Endless photos of scenery, brightly colored flowers, a variety of birds, ducks and turtles. What a sweet way to spend a morning in Ocala, Florida
