My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. It was terrible from start to finish. We arrived to the parking garage which is extremely tiny and was already full. We had dinner reservations so we were just needing to check in. The only available parking even for check in was across the street and the shortest amount of time you can pay to park was TWO HOURS!! We literally just needed to check in. We got back to the hotel and planned to swim however there is a sign on the pool door saying IT HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!! Got to the room and found someone’s used contact lenses on the bathroom floor. We were woken up by housekeeping at 8:30am slamming trash cans around and slamming doors in the rooms next to us. I called the front desk and they transferred me to the housekeeping manager. She apologized and said she would let them know to be quieter but I think it only made them louder. Between the busy street, the jets flying over, the night club next door and housekeeping.. you don’t get any sleep. Would NEVER recommend this place!

Louisville treated us so well. If you visit I recommend the Cambria hotel downtown. Miss Renee is awesome. She'll take care of you.

Renee at the front desk was incredible. Helpful with any and questions.

The hotel is in a close proximity to Bourbon row and a great breakfast restaurant across from the hotel. We did not have hot water. We told them about it at the desk but it never got fixed. The billing process was a hot mess. We were there for two nights. They sent us a bill for the first night like we had checked out, but then tried to charge us for two more nights.
