RAWK is a family focused community, providing dancers a sanctuary to grow, have fun, celebrate their authenticity and express their artistic voice. Classes include mindfulness exercises, emotional intelligence practices and self-love/self-awareness focus and support. Physiology centered-- our methodologies coalesce ballet technique, resistance & strength training, physiotherapy, asana practice and fascial tension release--constructing the dancer's muscular structure to achieve optimal placement. Dancers also participate in activities that contribute, serve and spread love to our community and one another. RAWK is a place where our work is love made visible.
