What I like about Petal & Moss is that the owner uses fresh flowers from her garden for some of the custom display pieces that she creates. The flowers could not be fresher. She displays some of the specialty arrangements that she can make and has a wide array of flowers to choose from.The store is set up so nicely with colorful displays of flowers, arrangements, wreaths, locally made gift items which make nice presents to bring to someone's home and selection of cut flowers to choose from.The store is also so beautifully merchandised and the window displays are so creative. It is a fun store to visit.

Petals and Moss is an interesting little store with unique floral arrangements both dried and fresh. The owner, Nancy Lee, designs all her creations with much ingenuity. I love the store's design with its minimalist look and not overloaded with flowers all over the place.The owner keeps things simple and elegant and the interesting part of her store is that she fills it with fresh flowers from her garden when they are in season. She has unique gifts and ideas for host presents.It is nice to have that personal service from the owner of the store in a time when service in stores has become depersonalized. Red Hook has such wonderful stores.
