Staff very friendly and courteous. Stayed due to a friend having surgery at a local hospital. Hotel offers a discount for patients families. Have stayed here before and will use again. Breakfast provided...food was hot, tables clean and everything well stocked. Chef was exceptionally friendly and courteous. More than happy to help you.

This hotel seriously need an upgrade, management needs to Invest in this place. It’s a shame that I traveled for a fun trip only to end up changing hotels. I will never recommend this place to any one

This location needs an upgrade. The bathroom was not really clean had to clean it myself. The cereal at the breakfast bar was not fresh. My daughter has a bite mark on her leg from something in the bed. The maid never came to clean the 1 st day . The refrigerator made a horrible noise. I would never stay here again.

My kids and I spent three days at the Country Inn & Suites and had an excellent time. The staff were very friendly and so good with the kids. We particularly enjoyed the cookies in the lobby and the bottled water. The rooms were a bit dated but clean overall. This hotel is close to major highways and shopping/restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, not a bad place for the price. Staff is friendly and polite. Lots of restaurants nearby. Accommodations are adequate, but overall decor is worn and dated. Shower-heads should be updated to provide more than what seems like spitting.
