This company is charging a crazy $190 just to print one piece of paper at Hong Kong Airport. For such a simple service, this price is not just high—it's unfair. It’s hard to understand how they can ask for so much money, especially when printing in most places costs much less. It looks like they are trying to take advantage of people in urgent need, which is not right. This kind of pricing seems like they are trying to make money from people’s problems, making it feel more like a scam than a real service.

I arranged a meet and greet service for my elderly mother, who was flying from London to Mexico, via Dallas Fort Worth. My mother is 81 years old and hadn't flown on her own for over a decade, so she was very nervous about doing a long, complicated journey on her own. I therefore looked to arrange help for her wherever possible.I contacted Allways about a month in advance and was emailed back promptly by Mark, who I assume is the manager or owner. I told him that I needed a somewhat custom service - meeting my mother off the plane, taking her through security as normal, and then to her hotel in DFW. And then picking her up again the next morning to take her to her onward flight to Mexico. Mark said it would be no problem, and quoited a price which seemed normal for this kind of service. He sent me an invoice which I paid by card.I sent a couple of enquiries to Mark before the trip, as my mother was nervous about various things. I asked to know the details of the specific greeter, and their phone number, which Mark supplied.Then on the morning of her flight, she was unable to go due to a temporary US visa issue. I contacted Mark and explained she had a rescheduled flight in four days. Again this was no issue, and we rearranged.My mother flew yesterday and was very grateful for the assistance of the Allways greeter, who helped her through the airport and ensured she reached her hotel safely, and then got from the hotel to her next flight the next day with no issues.Mark also emailed me after both meet and greets, to let me know that my mother had got to and from the flights with no issues. I really appreciated this, as texts from her phone to me weren't going through at the time.I'd highly recommend Allways' service to anyone needing a meet and greet in DFW, especially if they have special requirements. It's a very personal and helpful service.
