We had an amazing family trip that was made even better by the incredible customer service, especially from Tara who helped to check us in, she was amazing, provided recommendations on great places to eat and noticed we had babies so moved our room to not be so close to an event on the rooftop she thought ahead and gave great information! Thanks Tara! The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

My valet experience is so great because of Dagi. He is accommodating and gave us great experience. I hope more Dagi in the valet services.

He consistently goes above and beyond, always greeting me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. One thing I especially appreciate is that he takes the initiative to retrieve my luggage from my car without me ever having to ask. I have been attending the Congressional Black Caucus Conference in Washington, DC for over thirty years. Throughout these three decades, I have stayed at various hotels, however about four years ago, I discovered the AC Hotel Washington DC Convention Center Site and fell in love with the place. You see my Uncle Former Congressman Charles A. Hayes got me involved within the Congressional Black Caucus and within my employment I work with legislators, the community at large and I'm also an advocate for healthcare. During the Week of September 15-20, 2026, I once again stayed at the AC Hotel Convention Center, and this hotel site did not let me down. Since my discovery oth this hotel site, I have shared it with my colleagues and friends who also attend this conference. Within my encounters, I have endured nothing but wonderful experiences. For example, individuals like Ms. Katie Boytim, Front Office Supervisor treated me like a queen. The Congressional Black Caucus Conference is a very busy and fast-paced conference. Within my coming and goings whenever I saw Ms. Katie Botim she greeted me with a smile, asked did I need anything additional, and moved forth to treat not only me but other customers with a smile and how's your day. Within this crazy world of people movers and shakers it was a good feeling to have someone like Katie take time from her day to greet the customers, ask about our needs and move forth to help out where she could. Thank you Katie for being such a Change Agent and extending your AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. People like me, who have been coming to Washington, DC for over thirty years enjoy your generosity and hospitality...
