Dont go to Joe, doesn't follow instructions, and cant cut a taper. The shop is clean and they have TVs, so good luck with another person.

The haircut was mediocre, not a $32 haircut. The stylist was chewing a big wad of gum like crazy. The shampoo and conditioner was less than a minute combined. Was not impressed at all.
