Just stayed 5 days . Every day we had sign outside door for house cleaning. Our room was not cleaned once . They never even changed out our towels with me and my wife and 2 daughters. We did cash deposit. This place must hate women or not women friendly. Our daughter started her period in sleep and literally only one drop of blood on sheets. Because of that and dirty towels we had to use multiple times they kept my deposit. Nothing damage in room and a period out of my daughter's control.

My family’s stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. Upon returning to our room from the Disneyland park, we discovered a fresh, large rodent dropping right in the middle of our bed sheets. Finding pest feces in hotel bedding is a severe public health code violation and an absolute biohazard, but the hotel's response was arguably worse than the infestation itself.When I brought photographic proof directly to the office, the night staff treated it like it was no big deal. They simply moved us to another room and refused to process a refund, claiming only the General Manager could handle it. Since checking out, the General Manager has treated this hazardous situation with complete disregard. He has actively ignored multiple direct emails from me and is flat-out dodging phone calls. Even Expedia support has tried reaching out on my behalf multiple times to secure a resolution, and the GM has refused to take their calls as well.This place is filthy, completely unsafe for children and families, and management is actively evading accountability. They will take your money and leave you to sleep in rodent-infested beds. I have already submitted my photographic evidence to the bank to force a full dispute, and I am filing a formal complaint with the Orange County Health Care Agency. DO NOT STAY HERE. ZERO STARS.

Very good pricing great breakfast in the morning great hospitality

Booked this hotel through Priceline based on the photos and listing. What we got was completely different and unacceptable.The room was dirty. It did not match the pictures at all. One TV was simply missing, and the other was barely attached—dangling sideways and clearly unsafe. To top it off, the hot tub had a large city-posted condemnation notice with yellow police tape across it. The facility was closed and condemned.This was a huge disappointment and nowhere near what was advertised. Do not book this place.

This is my second time at the hotel and I had high expectations because the first time was perfect, but now the shower doesn't work and I can't contact the front desk by any number or chat. We are completely left by ourselves
