This shuttle is a SCAMMERI booked my trip days prior my arrival to the airport and call them with updates. I got to the airport, and they were nowhere to be found. The next day, when I finally found someone on the phone, he did not know what to tell me. So unprofessional, no ethic, no value, SHAME SHAME They should be investigated for fraud

They also contract out to taxis. Mine was 12 min late and two phone calls to get it. The taxi was filthy and smelt of an ashtray. Moldy cookies under the drivers seat.

When we booked our shuttle from Niagra Falls, NY to the Buffalo airport the images all showed a transit van. What showed up to pick us up was a dilapidated, stale cigarette infused dodge caravan with a Buffalo Taxi logo on the side (not the company we booked with Buffalo Super Shuttle). It honestly felt like a bait and switch as the driver didn't seem overly familiar with who he was there to pick up, just stated that he'd been asked to take the transfer. The irony was the number of No Smoking signs on the windows of the van. After the short ride to the airport, that was a hair raising adventure, our clothing all reeked of smoke for the remainder of the day.

At Buffalo Airport, it was not clear where to stand to wait. Airport Information had never heard of this company. Had to call to initiate the $91 pick-up I had pre-paid before traveling and go out to a random numbered post texted to me by the driver. Driver had incorrect hotel info and was about to take me to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Caught the error before much time was wasted. While in the car with the driver, was called by some other man stating he was my driver and was on his way to pick me up. Concerned, I tried to see if the two drivers could figure out what was going on and the one on the phone refused to give me his name and ultimately hung up on me. That experience rattled me enough that I tried to confirm that my departure pick-up (another $91) information was correct. Driver confirmed verbally that he, himself would pick me up for departure and repeated my info back to me. On departure day, no one came at the designated time. I texted the Driver who simply stated he hadn't been assigned to get me. He could not assure me anyone was on their way. Although he said he would call the company, I went ahead and called also and they said my driver would be there momentarily, which turned out to be about 20 minutes late. The driver pulled up in a car labeled with some other company's logo and that driver explained he had only just been dispatched about 8 minutes ago. It would have been less expensive and possibly less frightening to just take the most expensive Uber.

With the way the airline industry operates today, changing, rebooking and/or canceling flights, this shuttle company needs to figure out a way to do business without taking customers money when rescheduling is the only option for an already frustrating situation with the airline. This company makes the situation worse by taking your money for the first reservation and then wants you to make a new reservation and pay again. You're better off going with an independent driver. Ask your hotel for a recommendation. I'll never use them again and I'm telling everyone I know not to as well.
