MoreThis hotel stole our money, they refused to let us check in. They didn't help us get a refund, we were unaware that they had changed their check in time after a long flight they shows no sympathy on our situation, after we had payed for the night. We had to sleep in our car and didn't get help us get our money refunded. If I could give this place 0 starts I would.
MoreI had an amazing stay, definitely recommend this hotel. This environment was amazing and the staff was very welcoming.
MoreLove it. The staff is amazing.
MoreI had an issue with my room and a stain on my pillow. The front desk was attentive in taking care of the issue and the manager Danny even called me to apologize directly
