Product doesn’t work. Fraud!! Beware!!! Spent a lot of money on a product that was supposed to help reduce under-eye puffiness. Original salesperson - Jacob at the Erin Mills Mall location in Mississauga. Syringe stopped working after a few weeks. I went to the same location. I was told Jacob didn’t work there anymore. The sales person exchanged the syringe. But the product in the new syringe doesn’t do anything. I applied many times and get no results. I called Jacob at the number he provided (437)929-2116 but get the message that the number is not assigned. These guys are crooks!!!

My daughter and I was walking through the Hard Rock Casino in Miami last week. We encountered a very well trained sales person. Now that we both spent a fortune, on the products, I still don't know how to use the products. I can't read the small print on the boxes. We both need help with the products that was sold to us. I am very unhappy , because I don't know how to use everything that we bought. I would love to return everything that we bought and to get a full refund. I think that we were taken advantage from your sales personnel. We didn't get instructions on how to use your products, just boxes with small print on them. Your staff is well trained to sell your products, but we both have boxes of make-up and this machine for your face that we don't know how to use itThank you, Susan Rettig

I was killing time in the Hollywood FL Hard Rock casino while my family was gambling. The Kristals salesperson drew me in and told me they have a product to reduce eye bagginess, seated me and applied some product (Stemtox A-Tox) under my eyes. I was surprised that it worked rather quickly and you could feel the skin actually tightening up as the bagginess disappeared. I was very impressed, but then totally shocked when I asked for the cost which was exorbitant. The salesperson then threw in complimentary exfoliant and moisturizer to sweeten the deal along with a one hour facial for my wife (allegedly worth $500). I agreed at that point thinking that even though the cosmetics were pricey, a good facial offsets the cost and that I was not getting taken. I made my wife a facial appointment for the following week. We drove the entirety of alligator alley to get her back to Hollywood, FL. for her facial. However, 20 minutes into the hour long facial' I got a call from my wife that she was done. The hour facial turned into 10 minutes for treating half of her face and then came a sales pitch for an $11,000 apparatus they want to sell her. After my wife said no to that, and the $8,000 smaller version they tried to push, the staff said she was done and walked out. When I confronted the original saleslady she womansplained that is was only a consultation not a facial. I reminded her that is not what she said and that it is a shame that they don't let a good product lead to sales (it is good, I still use it), instead of trickery on unsuspecting customers.
