Adjustments will be made to the bolsters, the lighting, the tranquil music & the room secured from interruptions. Your journey begins with a muscle warming solution applied to your feet followed by wrapping them in hot towels. You inhale aromatherapy to enhance calming. Your therapist will address your greatest need first - which is typically the spine spending 30 - 40 minutes from your hips to your head. Whether your appointment is 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes - rest assured- healing therapeutic hands with warm lotion will be on you the entire time. Extremely comforting!
