The hotel overall was very good, however the valet parking has us wondering if we would ever visit again. We arrived on a early Saturday afternoon, and we used the valet parking that the Kimpton Cottonwood provides, anyways gave our keys to the valet, and didn't use our vehicle until we departed, on a Monday morning, we arrived at our home and realized our garage door opener was missing, it's been clipped to our sun visor, and then we noticed other items that were missing also. The valet must have forgotten to properly lock the vehicle, there was no damage to our vehicle. We have contacted the Kimpton Cottonwood, and they put us in touch with the valet manager, and after several calls, he said , would you for me to open a claim to our insurance company, we answered absolutely , well that was quite a while ago, we haven't heard anything, so we contacted the Kimpton Cottonwood again and we'll get back to you. Never heard back from anyone regarding this issue. Kimpton Cottonwood has a great reputation, with high standards, we are certainly surprised with the outcome of this situation. Good luck parking at the Kimpton Cottonwood!!!!

We attended a wedding at the Kimpton, and the service was outstanding. We especially want to thank Jameah, Dante, and Brayden for helping us with our cars as well as loading and unloading many items. We had a large party of cars and items to manage, so we are very grateful to them for making the process so smooth. We are looking forward to our next visit!

No offense, Omaha, but I didn't realize you had a hotel of this quality. Every room looked like an interior design magazine editorial - cool flooring, real art, lots of plants, historic architectural elements with modern furniture - the kind of hotel I expect in the Hamptons, not the Midwest. The outdoor pool was heated and clean. The restaurant was expensive but the food was excellent. The front desk staff was midwestern friendly but all looked like Art or Fashion majors working their day jobs. Overall, an excellent experience.

Booked a Superior Room with Balcony and View for $359, which doesn’t include taxes or valet parking, adding $95 and $37 respectively. Our room had a balcony, as advertised, but the balcony doors had been left ajar letting a spider and a bunch of gnats into the room, which wasn’t a great start. Ordered room service from the QR code and didn’t receive any information on when that would arrive. After waiting a bit, we called. Turns out their ordering system was down, despite billing our credit card. Nice kid at the restaurant offered to refund our money, but never offered to actually deliver the food we ordered, so we went out. The rest of the stay was fine, except that we did not receive an email receipt on checkout. It took us 4 phone calls before we reached anyone who could successfully email our receipt. Make sure to ask for a paper receipt if you will need one, as something is quite messed up with their systems. Definitely not what we expected for nearly $500/night.
