The Mad Dog Promise starts with our people. We don’t just hire staff—we train dependable operators who take ownership of every site they touch. We hire local employees whom we respect and enjoy being around and, most importantly, have a great work ethic. The Mad Dog Promise isn’t about being perfect – it’s about being accountable. When we make a mistake, we will own up to it and do what we can to make it right. We don’t stop there – we determine the root cause and improve our processes to prevent making the same mistake twice. We won’t tell you that we have the highest ethics or integrity…we will show you.
