This was not so great from the moment I checked in. It was close to shift change so I get the desk clerk was tired and ready to go, it showed but wasn't horrible. We checked in and went to the room. I immediately noticed crumbs on the chair and the bathroom was not clean. The counter was clean but the floor was filthy, the corners of the bathroom and the floor board were just gross. We then head down and stop at the desk when the person now on duty abruptly says, What's wrong?! I stated that nothing was wrong just need restaurant recommendations in which she handed me a sheet and directed me to take a picture because she only has one. Anyone ever think to make copies so these can be handed out? When we returned I asked for more towels and wash clothes (four people in the room and a long walk in the heat, we needed showers before heading out for the evening). Long story short, three requests and six hours later I asked again and she grabbed some from behind the desk. Why didn't she just do this initially?? Instead each time she said she'd let housekeeping know and that obviously never panned out (for the record, I never once saw housekeeping in our three days there). We then thought our toilet was leaking. I called the desk and was told by the same person there was no other rooms and someone would be up in the morning. We then had to use the towels that were so very hard to obtain to put around the toilet. I sent an email about the toilet as well and never received a response. Nothing was great, or even good, but it obviously wasn't going to change so we just dealt with it. The room smelled, there was zero ambiance or decor whatsoever for a what they call a suite. It was just all around bad. I am a member and generally try to stay at an IHG facility but this has really turned me. On a good note, the breakfast was okay, the usual breakfast fare. It did appear as though the tables are not cleaned until after breakfast service though, so once someone eats at the table it will remain dirty until after service. This is rough when the place is booked. I never once saw anyone that appeared to be a manager (front desk or anywhere else) on the premises.

They double charged my card on an unplanned trip. I talked to the hotel manager beforehand and they did it any way.

Very convenient, clean, pleasant staff, even the food was surprisingly awesome. Will definitely stay here again. Thank for providing such a nice place.

I had a business trip, the hotel is in a good location. The staff is friendly and respectful. I had a good stay. My room was clean and comfortable, there was not much noise even though it is right in the center of the city, a good benefit since I could walk everywhere.

It was wonderful to visit this beautiful place. Absolute worth for the amount.The nature at its best and the rooms were too cozy. Loved the hospitality.Visit soon!!
