New. Clean. Convenient location. Will stay here again!! My hotel research before coming paid off!! Great choice to stay here!!

Our choice of Microtel Loveland Colorado was an excellent choice. Very clean facility. Staff was great. Easy location for traveling off of the interstate highway.

Room was clean but problem with smoke detector was unresolved. Staff was unresponsive & barely polite. No eggs or milk 2 out of 3 days at breakfast.

Very, very small room. Multiple plumbing issues with no hot water for several days. Staff was very nice but had no maintenance staff.

Easy parking, quick check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast had a lot of pre packaged options, sausage, boiled eggs, waffles Even though we were there 4 nights, our room was never once serviced. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Sign in room said serviced every three days. When mentioned at check out, they just said sorry.
