Very disappointing experience. I had two rooms booked and canceled both within the required cancellation period. I received confirmation that the reservations were canceled, yet I was later charged for both rooms anyway.Even more frustrating, I received no notification from the hotel that they were charging me. I only discovered the two charges while reviewing my credit card statement. When the hotel was contacted, they claimed I had canceled after the deadline, despite my cancellation confirmation. I ultimately had to get a third party involved to help resolve the issue.I understand that mistakes happen, but charging me for two rooms I canceled on time, without even notifying me, was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to stay here again.

In bathroom there is only 1 robe hook, no fan in bathroom, no shower caps available at front desk, hair on bed sheets, orange scum in 4 corners of shower, loud when neighbors doors close, 1 degree differences (73 to 74) makes a big jump in room temperature, no lotion provided, only dark roast coffee offered at breakfast, container holding tea bags at breakfast has sticky substance on bottom, 30 min before breakfast is scheduled to end they run out of the pot of oatmeal and say they will not be making anymore even though folks want some, garbage both days at breakfast is overflowing so guests leave garbage on table.

Upon arriving to our room after check-in, our key would not work. TheMaintenance Man was down the hall actually sweeping the rug. He noticed us struggling and came and asked if he could help. After his Master key not working, him running to get a box to reprogram the lock not working and him running back downstairs to get us another room with key, he actually took us to the new room. He checked the lock and traded out the battery on the lock. I wish we had gotten his name but he went beyond to help us. Thank you.

We did not have a good experience with this hotel AT ALL. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is good, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about the hotel.

Some genius put the beds directly under the air conditioner which means you freeze your butt off all night and wake up with a sore throat. You can’t turn the Ac off because the room quickly gets too warm. There are two elevators in the lobby. One has been broken all week. No sign of getting repaired. Just an out of order sign on the broken one. Oh. And ants in the room. On the third floor. Nice. Glad I’m only here for one week.
