Beautiful Hotel. Service is above par and I wanted to mention Rusty Boi who drove me around town whenever I booked the Lexus car service - he was informative and helpful and always cheerful. A great representative

Our stay at the Lotte was short, but phenomenal. Located conviently The hospitality from check in to the bar to valet services was top notch. Jason, at the front desk was very friendly and resourceful. Rusty, at Valet, was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area giving recommendations and sharing information. We will certainly be back for more “staycations”

I am so thankful that I booked with Lotte hotels! We had a family reunion trip planned and Lotte was listed as highly rated on Amex travel. I understand now why it’s a 5 star hotel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming, suggesting dining locations and local spots. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was perfect for easily accessing public transport or using Lotte’s Lexus car service.
