I had a disappointing experience at checkout. The front desk agent was dismissive and showed little interest in resolving the issue. She did provide me with the manager’s business card, and I emailed the manager, who promptly addressed my concern, which I appreciated. Housekeeping is provided only every other day and was not communicated at check\-in. On a positive note, the room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant staff were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service. I had one of the best veggie omelets I’ve had in ages.

The shuttle kept us waiting forever. We tried calling and were put on hold for 20 minutes. We had to keep calling over and over until someone finally picked up. Never again.

This is our go to Hotel in Boston (Hilton Garden Inn 700 Brookline Ave.). Generally , would give the a 5, but this visit was a disappointment! We attended an event @ Gillette Stadium. I made our reservations in June for an August Stay. We did arrive around 1230 AM due to heavy traffic after the event in Foxborough. By the time we got to our room (522) it was 1 AM so, we didn't reach out to the front desk to change rooms we were too tired at that point. We had been given a handicap accessible room. We didn't request this! If anything we like a tub & shower. The beds were very low to the ground. Extremely uncomfortable for my 6'4 husband. My biggest issue what if a disabled person didn't get a room that was comfortable for them because of this mishap. Maybe it was the only room left at 1 AM but, still unacceptable when I made the reservation far in advance. Lastly, I walked down to get a coffee around 8:45 AM there was no half & half or milk when I asked the front desk if there was more available he suggested I go to the restaurant...that they would give me some. Um yeah not my job. Closer attention should be paid to small details like this. A better response would be naam let me get one of our service staff on that right now for you. An apology is always nice to hear when your visit has been less than stellar. I didn't want a refund just a genuine I'm sorry that your husband didn't sleep well on the low bed & that your coffee sucked.

Due to an unexpected flooding emergency at home, I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. I contacted them to explain the situation, and they were very understanding and compassionate. They went above and beyond to help me and made an exception to their policy. I am grateful for their kindness and understanding. Highly recommend.

This an excellent smaller hotel. Quiet and clean. The mattress could stand improvement.
