Had horrible customer service and was told I was at fault for an employee not giving me correct paper work. I have shopped there for 10 years but I will never but from there again.

Awful customer service and just plain rude. It's always an issue when I go to get my rings inspected because they can never seem to find my information. Oh and don't ask them to clean your jewelry...
