They quoted me one price online, then charged my card about double what they quoted me.They seem to have a reputation for doing this. I would never use them again for anything and will be avoiding AWG every chance I get.

I have worked with AWG a couple of times a year for several years now and they have been outstanding. We produce large entertainment programs with multiple airport transfers and constant changes and AWG has handled all of it perfectly every time. Their drivers are professional and pleasant and the office (Carly) and dispatch are equally as good. Highly recommend AWG

Highly unethical. I was told by the driver that tip was not included so I tipped in cash. Once I received the invoice there was tip added on there. Once I reached out I was told At this time the driver has already been paid out for this ride and they refused to refund the additional tip. This is just poor business.

We actually had previously scheduled another service. But, I wanted to give a shout out to Janessa (sorry sp?) at the pick-up podium. She was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Janessa for your kind and smiling assistance to get us to where we needed to be. Will definitely give business to AWG in the future.

One very bad driver (Frank) ruined the entire week of using their shuttle service. It's horrible when one person can completely change your view of an entire company. I would ride the shuttle again but I'd be sure Frank wasn't driving before I stepped foot onto their shuttle again!
