I went to see one of my favorite bands and spent $150 to hangout with them on their tour bus, hear some acoustic songs, and play some video games. The band gave instructions about their VIP thing to every venue on the tour. The Beacham was so incompetent not a single employee that I could ask knew anything about their VIP thing nor where I needed to go. I missed a once in a lifetime opportunity because they couldn't bother to either remember the instructions they were given or simply never disseminated that information to employees that would be able to help someone trying to find out the information that the venue was given.
