tripadvisorQuality Inn Oakwood hosted my dad while his apartment was being treated, and the staff could not have been more kind. He’s elderly and disabled, and the team went out of their way to be accommodating, kind words, real empathy, and quick help whenever we asked. It never felt transactional; it felt like they were looking out for him.The hotel itself is extremely clean and clearly well cared for. His room was fresh and quiet, and there were plenty of amenities and thoughtful extras that made the stay easy and comfortable. I’ve stayed at high-end properties that didn’t match this level of service. If you need a spotless, comfortable hotel with exceptional people, choose this one. We are very grateful for the care they showed my dad. Easy five stars.
MoreThe hotel looked to be recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. Rates were fine. There are restaurants, pharmacy and a mall nearby. We were concerned about leaving anything in the car overnight in the parking area.
MoreThis used to be the place that would 'always' exceed. your expectations, Now it's more average at best.Check in, customer service was lacking, they use a secondary screen now to 'recognize' you Choice member status, and the front desk individual seemed to not want to be there, very disconnected, and was doing the check in process basically on autopilot. In earlier stays, we were always greeted as we walked in, even before getting all the way to the desk.Rooms were clean and comfortable, no issues there. No major issues with the room during our stay.Parking on the other hand tends to be a premium as numerous vehicles (some oversized) were instructed to park in area where it either 1. is in a marked fire lane, 2. made navigating the parking lot challenging. If you dont arrive early, you may have to park in odd locations, Far from your room.Breakfast is the one thing that seems to have not changed over the years, still a great warm breakfast with lots of stock usually, and is restocked often.Check out was friendlier, but still did not ask how our stay was. There are better options in the Spokane area, but this will do alright, and is nicely located on the north end of town.
MoreWe love this hotel and stay here whenever we are in Spokane . My husband and I stayed in the Evergreen Suite. It’s a 1 bedroom with living room, kitchen and hot tub room. We were surprised how large it was. It’s on the top floor at the end of the hallway and very quite.
MoreThe room was a basic average room. Somewhat small. Nothing fancy nothing special. We were only there overnight thankfully. The room was clean, the hotel in general was clean. The room overall just liked that classy upscale atmosphere. For a quick overnight stay, it would be fine.
