Swan Island Boat Ramp is a small wharf at the Swan Island Basin. Found close to the picturesque Willamette River, the ramp is occasionally used by boaters and fishing enthusiasts. An ideal spot to stroll by and escape the city buzz, it proffers some beautiful views of Portland's northern landscape.
