We were in crisis with the Spokane Fires as we were in the Level 3 evacuation area. The BestWestern had 1 room available and they took our pet without question. We were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations but the staff, especially Nesha Howard at the front desk, were just awesome. My wife and I have stayed in everything from the Four Seasons to Motel 6 and here at Best Western Spokane North, we had the best, most friendly service that was equal to or in most cases better than anywhere we’ve stayed. The rooms were large and well appointed, the free breakfast was better than most and the breakfast area was very clean! The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, a big challenge in the face of the fires and hazardous smoke conditions, and the fact the hotel was completely booked for the week we had to stay there. They were constantly busy with phone calls and check-in and check-out but the staff was friendly and exceptionally efficient. My biggest thanks to Nesha and all the staff that we had the pleasure to interact with. Awesome job!RoomsVery clean and well appointed. Mattress could have been more comfy but it wasn’t unbearable. Great water pressure which we usually don’t see in hotels in this price range. Microwave and refrigerator in the rooms were a welcome addition. I am personally not a fan of pod coffee makers but the one in the rooms was acceptableWalkabilityAcross the street from a shopping center that has a Safeway and Target. A Chase bank branch is in that area too. Great hotel. Very clean & wonderful staff. I had a service dog with me and they didn't even blink. Followed the law exactly & offered dog treats & made us feel very welcomed! The kids had a wonderful time as well!

As good as it gets for a Best Western. Excellent hotel. Clean, pleasant environment, large rooms, good breakfast included, easy parking, pet friendly and amazing staff.Obvious that with every detail they are committed to the comfort and satisfaction of the customer.

This hotel is located near North Pointe in North Spokane, WA. It is a clean hotel and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with one King size bed, a couch, desk, and two tvs. The stay was comfortable and restful for us. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. The noise level was fine. I booked the room through Hotels.com. That made the cost reasonable and definitely was worth the price. The amenities are the standard with a hair dryer,ironing board etc. The atmosphere was quiet and everyone was friendly
