Seems to be making upgrades, but not all are good as far as what they have done to the food. Menu is much smaller and food not as good and much more expensive. Some rooms are showing wear and need updated badly. Hospitality and customer service has gone dramatically downhill and the luxury feel from years ago here is declining.

Beautiful luxury hotel. Our room was like an oasis spa getaway. We rolled in after a long road trip looking like trash and they did not treat us any differently than their well heeled guests. Pure class. It was our last night of a fabulous vacation and I must say I'm glad I chose this hotel. It was a great way to end an epic trip. Enjoyed a luxurious bath and the most comfortable beds of any hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot.

Overall everything was very good. I would give this property 4 starts overall. Some issues with in room dining. Nice property.. staff was very polite.

Love the vibe but honestly the entertainment and food have become super average!Come on your a 5 star hotel, don't get lazy!

This stay was for my now spouse and I wedding night. We had our wedding in Boulder, with plans to come back to the hotel, debrief, and have champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.
