This is a very nice hotel, well above average. Clean, updated, quiet (except for room service out in the hallway). Charming and very comfortable.

Location was ideal as there is a small strip mall shopping center nearby. Fourth floor room was very nice, clean, and no noise with easy to adjust temperature thermostat and nice large walk-in shower. Breakfast was excellent and large with hot and cold items plus regular and decaf coffee. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, clean hotel, breakfast was great, friendly staff! This was the second time we've stayed there and everything was great. Comfortable and clean rooms. Easy jump on 29 to move around Sioux Falls. Nearby restaurants and shopping. Love the hotel setting on the lake and walking path to get in a walk. Well-maintained and beautiful Hyatt hotel.

Expected more from the name and the price we paid. A quiet room that we could sleep and work in. I did ask at check in that the room was in a quiet area since we had planned on staying longer than what we had booked. Ended up leaving and go to another hotel since our room was right under the dining area and heard chairs dragging all day and night. We had 2 dogs with us and only 1 station for disposal which was in the front of hotel. We were downstairs and in the back. No garbage cans and patio had garbage and cigarette butts along with lots of cobwebs.

Excellent, clean and welcoming hotel. I was traveling with my dog, and very happy with the room size, I also opted for an outside patio, but actually did not use it as there was a great area around the lake for exercising my dog easily and safely. The hotel felt very safe for a solo woman traveler, and would stay again, although I thought the pet fee was a little high for one dog at $75 per night.
