Bridging The G-A-P teaches individuals and adjudicated juveniles with delinquent behavior and aggression with skills and techniques to overcome negative behavior and become productive citizens in their community. My objectives and techniques focus on helping individuals set goals for transforming obstructive behavior systematically for employment preparedness. Every individual need is structured based upon an initial need’s assessment and vary’ s with each participant. The programs utilized in my organization are evidence-based and have had a proven track record for success with many young males and female delinquents between the ages of 14 and 25 years old. Participants can engage in my program sessions virtually over the internet individually or in a group. Live training sessions are also available.
