Went for the day of the dead awesome layout plenty of open space for parties loved that the had security you just feel more at ease

Awful experience. Had front row seats in right pit. About 15 minutes before the show, our entire section was jammed with people from other seats. Security was a joke. 1 guy on each end next to the pit looking at their phone or just standing there with folded arms. The venue was at best 1/4 filled, so it wasn't like there was a massive crowd to deal with. It got so crowded in the pit because everyone was leaving their seats and coming forward. It started to get confrontational. About 20 minutes into the headliners set, we went back 15 rows and watched the show. Hey A-holes who run this place, if you are going to have pit seats, then have your Security clear the aisles every 10 minutes to get people back to their seats. This is how professional venues operate to respect the ticketholders. But not this place, no need to pay for a front row seat. If you ever have the misfortune of going to this place, buy tix in the back row and help yourself to any seat in the place. Have been going to shows for over 40 years and this place was one of the worst ever. I want my money back!!!!

The show we went to had the WORST sound ever. Nearly unbearable. Multiple bands played and they would stop mid-song and complain to the sound-man who never looked up to acknowledge any of them. Many people left. Great bands...horrible sound.Venue is older but I am cool with that. They sold drinks outside and that is where you had to drink them. No bringing drinks to your seat. That was annoying. Parking was easy and well lit.

Cast aside doubts-while the place may be a bit worn around the edges, not in a ritzy neighborhood, and is in a town literally unknown for its cultural scene, this site delivers. Just went to a concert. It was world class-no kidding. These folks could have been in any major concert hall and knocked it out of the park. Will definitely pay attention to the calendar. The New West Symphony was the feature for our visit-BRAVO

I also was misinformed and mislead by the performance Bram Stoker's Dracula! Everything that i heard and read made this sound like a Theatrical Play? It only took me 20 minutes of disbelief before i realized it was a Radio Recording!? Then i walked out after purchasing 2 front row tickets! I sent a request for refund and was denied imagine that!? The response was from Executive Director Chelsea Reynolds was they have a no refund or exchange policy so of course there goes $100! Please believe this will be known that this is how they conduct business, Horrible! See you on Social Media for months to come PACC!
