Got helped by Katy and she was absolutely amazing! She helped find exactly what I needed and made it so convenient! Got an amazing dresser and couldn't have had a better experience with her!

Cancelled an order and it has taken more than 2+ weeks for them to process a refund request to my credit card! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

The worst customer service, first time customer with Ashley. I placed an online order for 4 items. Called multiple times thru out the process of my order. Asked someone of the associates to note...

I was there 5/25/2025. Customer service was poor. They don't know what they were doing. They kept changing the prices. They wasted 2 hours of my time. I felt like they are scammers.
