This hotel was very inviting after a hard day at the UW Hospital. Location is great front desk was very friendly and the restaurant had great service as well as food. Great variety. The room was clean & fresh. Bathroom was small with sink outside of the bathroom. Rest of the room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was nice and got us off to a great start for a long trip home. Will definitely return

This property was a great choice for our overnight stay. Friendly front desk staff.Hotel was under renovation, but it did not cause us any issues. Our room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner at the on site restaurant, the cheese cake was to die for! The included hot breakfast was wonderfully prepared and presented, offering something for everyone.A free shuttle was appreciated to get to our appointments at the UW hospital.We would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

Room is fine. Breakfast is average. Location good for Badger football games but not for access to downtown. They do have a free shuttle if you are lucky to catch it.Rated it a 3 for housekeeping. First morning we requested at front desk to have room service that day but they require 24 hours notice of the request. Ok fine but they offered instead to bring fresh towels and empty trash, which we accepted (and requested full service for next day) We returnmed that evening but no towel service. Next day returned around 5p and no full service. We inquired at front desk and they sent someone to do it. We also requested full service for the next day. That morning we reminded the front desk and she said she would confirm with housekeeping. When we returned that night, no service. It just leaves you with a “I’m never staying at this f’n hotel again” feeling.

Repeat visitors to this location, due to proximity to UW Health. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are clean. Downsides--TV's are spotty to get working correctly with the provided remote. Also, it was very strange to have what sounded like heavy metal music playing in the lobby when we checked in...very off-putting. Maybe it's the preferred music of the front desk staff, but it sure seemed strange.

This property was a 10 minute walk to the UW Madison campus, a 15-minute drive to the Alliant Energy Expo Center where we were attending The Great WI Quilt Show, as well as shopping experiences. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room nicely appointed and clean and the amenities appreciated. Highly recommend. We will stay here in the future.
