Unfortunately I have needed to use ztrip for some doctors appts recently. This is the most unorganized business I have encountered. You dont get notified in any way on WHEN or IF the driver will arrive. And if no one accepts your trip, they dont let you know. You have to call to find out and get a new Driver rerouted. I typically make 3 calls to customer service before I actually get picked up. Sometimes up to an HOUR after the scheduled pick up time.That is not acceptable As a business

Waited for over 2 hours. When we called the driver said he come which he did not. the worst taxi service i have ever dealt with.

Cab driver charged me DOUBLE ($80 instead of $40) Was a jerk about it when I objected. Worst experience I've had in a cab. (and I used to live in NYC)

They called me 20 minutes after pick up time to tell me sorry, no driver. This was booked a week in advance. To the airport. They are not reliable at all.

First it took a hour after call to be picked up (customer mistake) I left my phone in there car z trip told to pay for a ride to get my back or come to Indianapolis to get the phone if I had car I wouldn't need Z trip it's the driver job to make sure you the have everything just dumb
