Absolutely ridiculous! My daughter had surgery today and I had to cancel because i got no comformation that a driver would be there to pick us up. I get a phone call saying I'm here to pick you up I told her I had to cancel her surgery.. this lady cussed me out then hung up on me! I mean usually there always late or dont show up at all so you kinda get the picture. I'd rather cancel my appointment early as aposed to a no-show. My daughter has medical transportation and I only have issues with ZTrip. I used to always love going with ZTRIP when Morgan and Richard drove! I wouldn't recommend!

THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME because they scheduled the ride wrong. I was civil, polite and told the driver I was calling dispatch to get it straight. I was on the phone with dispatch when the driver reported me for trespassing because he couldn't wait for me to complete my call. Of course there was no crime committed so I never got a ticket. I still haven't received call from corporate they just keep passing to call centers saying they don't have the corporate number

If I could leave a zero, I would. We were overcharged. The car was dirty. Driver was polite but was vague about the cost and seemed to pull a number out of the air. We used Lyft on our return trip and it cost a fourth of what ZTrip charged for the same distance. I will never use them again and do not recommend them.

Unfortunately I have needed to use ztrip for some doctors appts recently. This is the most unorganized business I have encountered. You dont get notified in any way on WHEN or IF the driver will arrive. And if no one accepts your trip, they dont let you know. You have to call to find out and get a new Driver rerouted. I typically make 3 calls to customer service before I actually get picked up. Sometimes up to an HOUR after the scheduled pick up time.That is not acceptable As a business

If you go to fort Collins Colorado... Rent a car. Taxi service Ztrip will leave you where you are. Even overnight. They say they are 24 hr service because dispatch takes calls. Doesn't mean they have drivers. If you're planning on a ztrip bring comfortable walking shoes and stay close to hotel. Which is no where in Fort Collins
