Why? We provide a thorough inspection and don't just rely on the crew to find the holes. You'll get a report with pricing and pictures. You can even seal the holes yourself if you want. If you want us do to it, we're happy to and we'll seal holes, trap, and provide an ongoing service with a warranty. Termites -- limited vs complete inspections. We don’t charge for limited inspections which is usually 1 - 2 areas but do charge $350* for complete inspections which is every square inch. Why? Many companies that give free complete inspections know their inspectors aren’t doing thorough inspections and just use that as an incentive to get to your house. The inspectors are usually paid on commission and often don’t care about very good inspections but rather care about getting a sale. For us, we feel it’s important to be transparent, if you want a complete inspection we do charge a fee but it will be a very good inspection. For the service we provide bait options for less chemical, full chemical treatments, local Drywood treatments and Drywood fumigations. Pest Control -- We provide service for almost all pests that affect your home. We typically provide a quarterly service with a simple monthly auto pay of $48*. *Typical pricing, pricing may be higher w/ larger properties
