I went to check the place out. I had concerns about hot water after reading an earlier review. The person at the front desk stated they have had no complaints about hot water. When I asked him to show me a room, I asked if I could check the hot water. He wouldn't allow me to check the hot water in the tub, but he was unable to generate any hot water in the sink after letting it run for a while. Then he started the shower and after a bit said it's warming up now. I checked it myself and it was cold. I was also unable to generate any hot water in the restroom sink near the lobby, which he explained away as that doesn't get used very much.

I checked into the hotel on Friday . The desk attendant was very nice but didn’t say anything about housekeeping . Apparently you need to request the service but I was not informed of that at check in.Since this is graduation weekend the room rates here are about three times as much as usual . At almost $300/night for a 3 star hotel housekeeping should be automatically provided in all rooms. At the very least it should be made clear at check-in.

I had to knock 2 stars off of this newer modern hotel just off of US-36 because of my shower experience. We'll get back to that in a moment...Stayed here because of a last-minute stayover in the Denver area because of work. Since I had no toiletries, I was thankful that they did offer the basic essentials for free (razor/toohbrush/toothpaste/deodorant). And as with most Comfort Inn and Suites, single packs of OTC meds, food and other essentials were available at the mini-market next to the front desk.I am assuming that the property is less than 2-or 3-years old, as the parking lot was freshly paved and the carpets & walls looked hardly worn. It sits next to the Weathertech factory and a block from the Broomfield Hospital and is a 3 minute walk to Starbucks. However for any other restaurant options, I did not see anything else within an easy 5‐minute walk.Since I checked in after 6 and had to leave by 4am the next morning, I did not get a chance to see what the amenities looked like (pool/exercise room/laundry room) nor could I partake in the breakfast, but the area in the lobby looked big and well maintained.My only gripe was the shower! I was in 302, and it took well over 5 minutes before the water got hot enough to start taking the shower water dial off of the maximum setting. I was pretty much done bathing by the time the water temp was at a decent warm level!!! I would consider a return, but put me closer to the hot water heater next time!!!

Housekeeping upon request the amenities section states. I requested housekeeping EVERY morning, total 9 days. One day they only changed the towels, but did not empty the trash or make the bed. 2 days we received no service at all? Indifferent attitude by staff when i complained. Also, the elevator was broken for the whole stay, leaving only one elevator for the building.

Sheraton Renaissance Marriott or Hilton quality and comfort, at affordable, reasonable price!! Firstly, the value for money was excellent. Including free wifi, free hot, quality breakfast, free coffee/tea station available in lobby all day (very few motels have this). Super comfy, quality bed and bedding - really important for my ratingFriendly, happy front desk staff. Also important. Overall, newer hotel, clean, well designed and good location.
