Dr. Buen received his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and was followed by a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA Medical Center, where he was awarded the prestigious Teaching Award as chief resident. Dr. Buen is a board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgeon, and his professional interests include general adult and pediatric otolaryngology, hearing loss, head and neck oncology, sinus disorders and allergy, thyroid/parathyroid surgery and salivary gland surgery.
