Very convenient location for Duke health appointments. Has a shuttle 7 am - 7 pm, & discount for patients. Rooms are basic, with no chairs, only beds on a platform that extends past the mattress, so you can easily bruise your legs on it. Traffic noise is significant in rooms on one side of the building. Café has microwaved food for sale during some of the day.

The hotel is older, the staff is friendly, the shuttle service to the various medical buildings is great! The deli/cafe is not dependable, rarely open during posted hours, but when it is open the food is good. Hotel has serious plumbing issues (3 different rooms with 3 different plumbing issues), the fridge and microwave sit on the floor which is hard for elderly and sick people to use. The beds have a 3 ledge around them that is a trip hazard and injury hazard. No in room safe, so you have to take all your valuables with you to hospital.

The Lodge is immediately next to the Duke Health hospital complex and, while they are still in the process of updating the facility, it serves as a great place to stay if you or your family members are being treated at Duke Health. The staff are also great to work with.

Very nice hotel. Staff is always responsive. Clean. The medical pricing is important to my family. Close to Duke Hospital.

Everything was good. Location, Atmosphere, Cleanliness and Service. Refrigerator was not cool enough to keep items cold.
