Unreliable and unprofessional. I called the night before to reserve a taxi to the ferry at 7:30am to ensure we would catch the boat at 8:10am. They did not show!! I had to scramble to find another taxi to get us to the ferry and we missed it, leaving us stranded in Friday Harbor for 4 hours. They never called me to apologize or anything. Do not use.
MoreLuck of the draw folks!! Sometimes great sometimes non existent… call if you have to because San Juan has limited service.
MoreScheduled a pick up to make our ferry home 24 hours in advance and no one ever showed up. No one would answer phone or text from ourselves or the hotel. Also stranded several other guests. Drivers were very pleasant when we had them the day before but would not trust them with a timeline.
