Established in 2005, Hellstern Middle School is affiliated with the Springdale School District. The school offers academic programs to more than 850 students in grades six and seven. Its academic curriculum includes foreign language, health education, mathematics, music, social studies, technology, visual arts, English, and home and career skills. The school has a student council and guidance and counseling department. Its amenities include a computer lab, library media center, cafeteria, auditorium, and art and music room. The school maintains a parent-teacher association that provides support and assistance to the school by organizing various fundraising events and activities, as well as provides scholarships to students.
