Used American Cab in San Jose to get from hotel to airport. It is a 5 minute drive. When I reserved the cab the night before I was told price is $15.Cab came a few minutes early which is good. I handed the driver $20 bill and asked for $3 change. He made a face, handed me 3 singles and then told me the price is$20..not $15. So as not to get into an argument and miss my flight I let it be. Called later in the day to complain and was told the price was $15 and manager apologized. I would never use this rip off company again. I am an older woman and he took advantage of me!
