Would NOT recommend. I had a very disappointing experience at Massage on Main today. I booked a one-hour massage with Katy, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what I expected.When I arrived, I felt rushed from the start, and Katy appeared visibly upset when I asked to use the restroom before beginning the session. The massage itself was conducted in what appeared to be a facial room, with facial equipment and machines still inside. The room was also located very close to the entrance and lobby, so throughout the entire massage I could clearly hear conversations, phones ringing, and the front door opening and closing. It was not a relaxing or appropriate environment for a massage.Katy also rushed through the session and finished before the full hour was over. After the session ended, I got up and began getting dressed. While I was still changing, someone knocked on the door. I said I would be right out, but they continued knocking and then actually opened the door and came halfway inside while I was still getting dressed.Having someone enter the room while I was undressed, after I had already acknowledged that I would be out shortly, was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unacceptable.Overall, I left feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and disappointed rather than relaxed or cared for. I expected a professional, private, and peaceful experience. Unfortunately, that was not what I received, and I would not return or recommend this place.

I cannot believe how I was disrespected after coming here. I definitely enjoyed my massage and wanted to come back to the same person as she was great. I was hounded by a man at the front door to tip. Tipping is at the CLIENTS discretion. People like him are the reasons why we do not like tipping at a POS either. He told me I would not be able to see her again and all people never come back when they say they are going to tip next time. I don't know how they have so many good reviews without addressing the person at the front door. He is the reason people don't come back! I just couldn't believe after having a great experience with my massage how it was ruined by such an ugly attitude with the person at the front desk. Just RUDE. If you are like me, and like to make sure the service you receive is the same when you go back before tipping be prepared to either TIP starting at 20% or be spoken to with the upmost disrespect. If you don't tip you will be dismissed from the establishment and future bookings. Awful.

This is the most relaxing massage and professional beauty treatment I enjoyed during the whole trip. I will come again next time

First the good news : it was easy to get a same day appointment Unfortunately that was the only positive . First they didn't have me fill out form about what I wanted as most places do , nor did the therapist ask what areas to concentrate on or what pressure to use . I tried to tell the therapist halfway through that I needed my neck and shoulders mostly since she wasn't doing that . She didn't seem to understand what I was asking , so I asked for someone else tocome in and listen to my request. That person said oh they should have had you fill out a form and asked you at front. She gotthe form , I completed it and then she said she would work on me instead. She was finishing massage for me ,and it was good till she had me flip over and then she just out of the blue while she is rubbing my head says Your face is full ofacne. It's alll over your nose . I said yes I know it is ,and I'm really self conscious about it and had to stop my medicine for it because it increased in price by $540 a month . Then I got up to leave and went to pay and told the guy out front why I was leaving . The lady followed me and seemed upset that I told her I didn't appreciate her insulting me mid massage. I was still going to pay and just never return , but they said no charge , that I am too hard to please. I'm guessing they offered no charge since the lobby was full of people , and it looked bad that someone was leaving unhappy. The lady who insulted me said I should not be mad because she was just trying to help me. ... I guess she thought telling me I have a bunch of acne like I didn't already know that was helping me. I'm sure she did this in attempt to upsell me on a facial later on ... but we weren't discussing skin care .. it was silent and she just out of the blue made that comment . I go for a massage to relax, have the parts I want worked on most worked on most (as is pretty customary most places) and not have negatives about my appearance pointed out to me mid massage. I will not be back , and I would advise against any one else giving it a try with so many other options available around town.
