Stayed here for a travel baseball tournament. First family of the team to arrive discovered that the pool had been closed for maintenance. Traveling with 13 teenagers and no pool was going to be a problem. When asked if we could receive discounts on our room charges for the inconvenience we were met with terrible customer service from the front desk manager. Upon my family and I checking in I discovered that the breakfast hours would be later than we had anticipated and so I politely asked if it was possible to have “continental breakfast “ items available before the 7am breakfast time. (i.e muffins, fruit, cereal). I was told that those items are “always available at 6am”. When we ventured down for breakfast at 6:15am we found 4 Yoplait yogurts and a carafe of milk. Nothing else. There had been coffee spilled all over the floor of the breakfast area that no one was cleaning up. Also the trash next to the elevator doors from the night before was still laying there as we exited the next morning closer to 7am. In my room the shower had some damage to the safety bar and there are now 2 open holes in the surround. (Collecting mold) Overall the experience was subpar and for paying extra for breakfast and a pool we did not get the full amount of our room rate. Stay elsewhere if possible.

Our room smelled like a dog had pooped on the carpet. Come to find out, there was a stain crusted on the floor between both queen beds that smelled awful. I decided I was going to take this into my own hands to pour a little water and grab a towel to dab it up. The towel smelled so bad, we left our window open for the day to air the room out while we were gone. After coming back for the day, we went inside to notice that the smell had gotten worse. I asked the front desk to see if they had any carpet cleaner, to which I was given a bottle of Febreeze to fix it. I understand that sometimes things like this happen, but I would hope that whoever cleans will have this fixed for the next person as I left a note letting them know that it was there. Our stay could have been better with our kids to use the pool but before arrival I received an email stating the pool is closed until further notice. When we walked down, we found a yellow sign from the Peoria Health Department closing it down marked other. The front desk staff were nice for this hotel, the quality itself was lower end but could have the potential to be better with making it more clean and matching the great staffs attitude. I remained paying the $396 for two night stay even though I personally felt robbed of my money for the lack of cleanliness and no pool access the entire stay. Maybe next time it will be better if we come back to Peoria again.

I stayed at this hotel with my Husband from Jan 22- Jan 28, 2026. On the morning of Jan 24th, we had just finished having our breakfast. My husband went to the front desk that morning and requested bottled water. Since we checked in on 01/22, he would always stop by after breakfast and the front desk staff would give him two bottled waters. That morning on Jan 24th when he stopped at the front desk to request bottled water. The receptionist Alexis told him that they don’t give out water unless he pays. I also kindly asked and got the same response. We had been staying since Thursday 01/22 and have been provided with bottled water by front desk staff without issue. It was a surprise when Alexis told my husband he had to pay for the bottled water. My husband asked Alexis why he had to pay and every day he stopped at the front desk the staff present would give him water without issue. Alexis the receptionist got upset with my husband for being questioned and took the whole case of water and slammed it on the counter and yelled at him “here is the water” she lost her composure in full view of other guests with little children included who were standing nearby watching as the incident unfolded. She went on a rant for almost a whole minute. I was stunned by her harsh response and lack of customer service. Completely rude in her demeanor. I am still surprised when I think about the incident. A traumatic horrible experience with her. As an avid business traveler who was considering choice for future long term business trips with other colleagues. This will not be the case. This employee had the choice to handle the situation with utmost respect for herself and guests in the hotel and she did the opposite. Having stayed at multiple Hilton hotels as diamond members we stayed here for a change and looking back, this was a huge mistake. I would not recommend any of my business associates to our family to stay here. This experience left a sour taste. The receptionist needs to be retrained on how to handle escalations and providing positive customer service experience, which was seriously lacking. Housekeeping staff came to clean the room while we were there one one of those days. They were really sweet even though they didnt speak English we were able to get across what we needed without concern. I have read through the reviews posted by other users and took note and won’t be patronizing this establishment ever again.

No jacuzzi.... False advertising majority of the pictures on Each site shows jacuzzi & a pool. A fair share of the customers are coming for the jacuzzi but to see a stone filled hole. The jacuzzi is meditation and relaxation in this toxic world today...
