I've now seen two concerts here, Panchiko and Lamp, and both times me and my friend have gotten enjoyment destroying nausea and migraines. It's extremely stuffy and as most people pointed out overcrowded. It's almost impossible to get a decent view and the mix of all this its ruined both experiences for me. The air flow needs to get fixed immediately.

We were having a good time but they decided to “cut us off” even though we weren’t going to have more. It’s offensive and I don’t think you should be assuming these things about your consumers. I would never give a cent to Disney or house of blues ever again

Workers are nice and attentive but the problem is that who ever is in charge of the venue try to get as many people they can get and it gets crazy full super overcrowded and no place to walk ,this place was my number 1 to go until last night I got push and attack by a crazy drunk woman and in top of that her friend wanted to hit my husband we kept telling them to stop but the drunk woman kept pushing my husband and cursing at us ,security came and took are info and ban us from going back ,for something that should have been prevented by not overcrowding the place with more people …think twice before you get to visit this place .

I was incredibly excited to see one of my favorite artists with my son. However at this dreadfully designed and extremely overcrowded venue I was left with nothing but disappointment. The place was jam packed, which leads to most people in attendance having little to no view of the concert. After paying over a hundred bucks per ticket , all we could do to see the show was watch on a tv in the back. I guess the lesson is , if you go to this venue be super early and claim on of the few standing room spots. It also sucks that there is absolutely no place to sit down for the hours that you’re in attendance at this dive.

I bought $50 GA tickets for Social Distortion - what could go wrong? Well the venue was so crowded there was absolutely nowhere to stand. My husband immediately commented about it being an unsafe situation . I had previously inquired about upgrading and was told only the lower section was available at $250 a person, which I declined. Once we got inside it was obvious we were going to be crushed or have to listen from the bar on the other side of the wall so we asked again about upgrades. This time the upper section was miraculously available - at $350 a person. We gave in, not wanting to miss the concert. Our friends also upgraded but were told they had to sit on the other side, far from us. After the warm up band a couple sat next to us, so I asked when they got their upgrade. They had JUST gotten them and their friends were also told they had to be on the other side of the venue. I can only conclude they oversell the GA and then expect people to pay a fortune to be able to actually see the concert. Why they separate friends is beyond me.
