MoreTimely, knowledgeable, pleasant, and working thru the problem. Parts are ordered and waiting for delivery. Expensive for Wolf parts.
MoreI called Mr. Applliance because my 5 year old Whirlpool refrigerator had stopped cooling. I was told that the next available appointment was in 9 days!! I don't recommend you call this business...
MoreTechnician was courteous and professional. Company is very responsive. Only issue (minor) was the cleanup wasn't as thorough as expected.
