I am an experienced elementary teacher who has worked at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Indianapolis Zoo, and Adventure Science Center. Lessons are virtual, in-home, or in my studio. I specialize in teaching piano to beginners ages 3-12, and I offer tutoring sessions in Math, Reading, Writing, and Study Skills. I have 15 years of experience teaching and working with children in traditional and informal classroom settings. I have earned Best of Performance in the Indiana state piano competition and have played for over 10 years in churches. I also have experience in recording studios, stage bands, and composing music for film/tv. Fun fact, I was a professional actress for four years teaching about racism and prejudice themes throughout history. Children deserve the best part of us, and teaching is the best part of me. Thanks for reading!
