The fountain broke after I moved in here and Raven told me they weren't going to fix it. That was tw o years ago. This is blue green Algae

Fountain broke. Blue green algae blooms grew in the pond. This can cause many health issues.

Broken by lawnmower. This is the dump clean out for the west bath room. I replaced it with a bronze one that cost $17.

Baseboards and frames are broken. They patched a small portion with wood putty, but never came back to sand nor paint.

Broken door frame. Patched with wood putty. Not painted. Maintenance was told to replace, but he said no matching wood available.
