Each class focuses on helping the student learn discipline, self-control, respect, and focus. The Wellness Center's mission is to help students of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through a variety of classes for all fitness and ability levels as well as educational seminars. Classes will help improve confidence, self-esteem, focus, fitness, balance, endurance, and self-defense. (After School Program available too)
