We are Pearl’s Tea, and we make quality, handcrafted milk teas, but we’re much more than just your average bubble tea shop. We believe in providing our customers with not only great quality tea beverages, but especially with our outstanding customer service. This also applies to our “Pearl’s Team”: we are truly a team, and not one of us can do this without the other. We believe in leadership meaning a building of trust, understanding, and a mutual respect for one another, no matter the position. We believe in inclusivity, positivity, and the power of honesty. We at Pearl’s Tea believe in a positive work culture where our team members, team leaders, and management all come together to provide that extra level of excellent customer service. Our customers are not just customers, but they, too, are part of our “Pearl’s Team”. We believe strongly in “acts of kindness” be it little or big, and genuinely caring for our customers, our team, and everyone in between. We are passionate and excited about all of our products here at Pearl’s Tea, and therefore, we are passionate and excited to share it with our customers and team!
