I first came to Golden State Discounters in October for their $5 Halloween sale and got costumes for the whole family. Since then I have been back 3 or 4 times and got great deals every time.

This location is never open when it's supposed to be and has 3 different hours listed all over their social media: 10am, 11am and 12pm. So what are the opening hours? Literally tried to check out...
